When you post a task, your payment is locked in a smart contract on Celo mainnet. The funds cannot be taken by Loopuman, the worker, or anyone else until you approve the work. If you reject, funds return to your balance. If you go quiet for 48 hours, funds auto-release to the worker, protecting workers from requesters who disappear.

For social media contests, you receive the live post URL and verify it yourself. And crucially: you always have final approval. You never pay for work you haven't accepted.
